1. Keep Moving! Moving your body is critical to good health. The COVID-19 pandemic has not only limited, but has changed our lifestyles… It’s important to remember that doesn’t mean we ignore our health…Of course it may be easy to do, it’s actually even easier to maintain it! Walking, running, or simple cardiovascular exercises in your home for 30 minutes a day to increase your heart rate will boast significant benefits for your health.

2. Stretch Daily! A simple 30 minute home stretching plan will maintain flexibility for normal everyday functional activities, decrease joint pressure with normal functional movement and decrease overall pain including arthritis pain if you’re in that group of lucky people.

3. Maintain your Muscle Strength: Inactivity and binge watching your favorite series may sound really fun BUT it can cause a definitive loss in muscle strength, and mass... To help maintain muscle strength and muscle mass, perform some simple exercises to maintain. Improving strength will aid with maintaining your diabetes, cardiac condition, arthritis and functional movement.
